Great work Alrot
I would be interested to see any pics you had of the mechanical connections of your yoke assembly as this would required some inovative thinking to get the unit functioning correctly.

cheers

ati0yz ~ Thank you for the information....I have never noticed the "active runway"/ "parking spot" selection....will give it a try.   ;)

What can I say Alrot.....your set up is totaly awsome!!  :o
Looks like the throttle control cabinet and yoke cabinet are made out of metal and plywood?  How on earth did you get all of that to interface with your computer? Man, now I know I'm a newbe!!!  I think you should market some of that stuff....or just sell the plans!  You really blew me away...talk about creative....you have my respect.   8)

Alrot,

Nice little setup there.

I would be quite interested in some pictures and/or a detailed explanation of the mechanical linkage setup of the throttle quadrant.  Particularly how you have handled the thrust reversers.

How are you connecting that data to the sim?

best,

.............john

Its easy i just put a based potenciometer with a metal base down, there are not two throlle, only one but to make its sensation more realistic i add another 2throlle its dummy the 2nd one and the reverse i put a microswitch in one of little stering(do you know that little cover that caME in atx tower that you have to remove to plug your new for ex video card or audio card PV)well thats what i use for i sticked and two little plastic boxes and inside i stick the microswitch,in fact there are two conecctions i bought and destroy and a USB keyboard to make double interface between usb keyboard and gameport Ill try next monday to draw the reverse steering mechanism because its very difficult to explained for me into english anyway
its not a big deal  but its being very usefull and havent broken yet  ;D ;D

   cheers john
