well, ozzy, dont be down, there is a place in Queensland, Aust. that will send you a Spitfire kit (1:1 and 1:3) with an engine and everything, kits start from 100,000 Au$ tho....

The Mk26, I know all about it. I nearly went for it until I heard it was a 75% scale job, I can barely fit in a full-sized cockpit :o

After the blood, sweat and tears of building the Spitfire Mark, you will fit in ok  ;D.

If you put yourself on a fitness program for two to threee months, you should be able to fit alright.
Fitness like:
100 pushups
100 situps
2k run
100 pushups
100 situps
1k run

that kind of thing will get it down.

I was only kidding Andrew, the problem is I'm rather broad (especially on the shoulders), and its a bit of a tight fit.
I'm reasonably fit as is ;)

OK... here's the deal...... Dave has actually found an old sealed warehouse that has crates and crates of aircraft parts from WWII....................  ;)
