DPR,

There are a number of suppliers that have small lcd's and vdt's available.  They are pricey though.

Also... some of those displays are like mine......... full size monitors behind cutouts for the smaller displays.

Wow cool.

I cant help but think how for the huge total he has spent on that, he could have bought himself a PPL and Instument rating and not have to simulate it....

I have sound that many times these guys with the absolutely elaborate pits are already commercial pilots and these are simply their toys.

For the money you spend on something like that you could probably get your PPL, a much better investment IMO.
