small update

just a small update on some progress
I finally got around to completing the circuit breaker panel
each button is backed by a momentary push button and connects to a hagstrom keyboard encoder
so I should not need a keyboard in the pit at all

sorry it's a bit blurry but I was using a mobile phone.

Thanks, the eventual idea is to try and have NO part of the computer interface in the cockpit at all thereby increasing the immersion factor.

Hello Towerguy,

Looks great and authentic. Sometimes I think about attempting to make circuit breaker board for my simulator, but I am not sure if there is software to interface it. I use prosim737 software.

What are you thinking regarding throttle quadrant? To make it from scratch or use one one from the market?

Thanks,
ermias

I am still tossing up about the throttle quadrant. I could make it myself and program it using opencockpits gear and their coding- OR - I have a CH products throttle quadrant which I could just mount in behind and mechanically link to my own levers.
It's just that it's so handy to have inside to muck around with on other aeroplanes.

I'll leave that decision till later...
