Advice On CH Pedals

I am currently finishing up a G/A jet pit with duel controls. I am looking for anyone who has a set of CH pedals just to see if they are up to the challange. I have dicovered that duel controls are possible in FSX as long as the hardware you are using is all different. I have a Saitek Yoke Pedals and Throttles on the left and a Logitek Joystick on the right(Airbus style). The joystick has a twist rudder option but once you have used pedals there is no going back. So if any one has a set of CH pedals I would like to know how they perform and if you are happy with there performace.

Just an idea, but take a look at Towerguys set up here You could use your present pedals and use them to slave the other side.

I have looked at that set up and I have thought about that but I think that the differental brakes would make it too complicated. Maybe not

I have a set of CH pedals that are maybe 5 years old and still going strong.  Use the payware of FSUIPC to set them up though.

I have CH pedals, and they are solid and work great. I had a little trouble at first with them being too sensative while taxiing to the point that it was impossible to move around on the ground without zigzagging your way to the runaway, I ended up getting their CH controller hardware and it cleared it right up......it's hard to go wrong with CH products

what product line would you all suggest for someone wanting to get as realistic (say as close to the real deal as possible) but who has to do a budget build at this time (minus go flight stuff) I heard Saitek is "top of te line" but i also had gotten conflicting commest about saitek and other companies like CH...so I really want to try and get the planes in a row and figure where to go so I can plan the money parts...

"Top of the line" in "plug and play" pedals is in the $1000 range.  Personally I'd take the solid CH pedals any day over the plasticy / game-y old Saitek ones.

You'll get the best "bang for the buck" by building a nice realistic set of pedals using the "guts" from the CH or Saitek ones (hint).

This hobby gets into the "building thing" really quickly.   ;)

When you attache word "budget" to the word "simpit" the word "BUILD" is close behind.   ;D

well i do plan to build the pit to my specifications to get a custom set up...now only if i could mount my throttles so they are the overhead area instead of the OVH panel...oh well ill think of somthin hehe
