Jet cockpit plans

Postby cleobis » Mon Sep 27, 2004 9:44 pm

Hi all ;D As all of you I-m also trying to get near and near the real thing so the next natural step is having a homebuild cockpit ;)

The thing is, I was never any good in this kind of manual works ::), so I was allways a bit relutant in building one myself, also I haven-t the slightiest clue about how to get the switches to interact with the sim, but I-ll learn ;D

In the meantime I-d like to start and build a generic fighter cockpit, I'm thinking of this because I fly mostly fighters and diferent ones, so I haven't decided in any particular cockpit model!

I'd like to know if anyone has plans of a fighter cockpit with wich I can plan my own cockpit. If not, could anyone tell me where I can get a schematic of a fighter cockpit?

thks all ;D

cleobis,

Hi and welcome to the "Homebuild Cockpits Forum".

If you spend some time here looking thru past threads you will find all manner of information about stuff like how to connect switches and such in the sim.

to tell you the truth I'd love to have a spit cockpit yes:D but I belong to a Virtual air force, and I fly a lot in modern jets, so I think the first one will have to be a modern fighter cockpit:)
