I would recommend you to follow these steps:
1- rename your community folder to community.old or anything that is different from the original name
2- go to your MS Store application and check for any updates to your applications in there (especially stuff like XBox app, XBox gaming services and such)
3- launch your XBox app and verify you are correctly identified.
4- log off then log in again to the XBox app
5- re-launch your sim
Sim not willing to start is usually due to incompatible addons or incorrect connection to the XBox services, so cleaning up the addons and reconnecting to the XBox account are usually the first things to try out, before investigating further.
Also, in case you were using the addon for the map enhancement (from Google, Bing etc...) ensure that tool didn't keep any modifications to your localhost file.
