where can i find msfs aircraft with legacy panel? Default panels are awful!

Sorry, what do you mean by "legacy panel" exactly ?
And you wrote the default panel (I suppose you're talking about the cockpits) are awful ? There must be something wrong with your setup, because the virtual cockpits of the default planes are some of the most beautiful 3D models we saw since a long time, especially thanks to the PBR textures that most (if not all?) of them have.
