Trying to locate an old campaign.

I am trying to find a long lost campaign.

The campaign starts out with you in an F4 fighting a Zero, your plane catches fire and you have to land on a deserted island airstrip. Several Missions in it and I believe there were 2 parts to the campaign. All I can remember is you end fighting the famous "Arigato" Squadron and it's leader - Sankyu Arigato. Any help would be greatly appreciated in locating this again. One of the funnest campaigns I had found in CFS2 and enjoyed flying it. Thanks.

Actually found the name of those campaigns here on second to the last page.

They were called Crusoe and Crusoe 2 by Stiaan. Still unable to locate them though.
