The Passing of an Icon

Postby Tango_Romeo » Mon Mar 10, 2014 12:00 pm

One of CFS2's great designers passed from this mortal coil earlier this month. Collin Glendinning of the UK, charter member of the Fox Four Korean War design group and perhaps the best ship designer in sim history, left us just over a week ago. Collin's CGS Shipyard site has served as THE source for authentic ship models that were both beautiful and funcitonal. He was my friend and shall be missed. :(

My condolances on your loss! It IS a huge loss to the filght sim community indeed. I'm most sorry to see him go, but am also thankful for the great work he did. Glad he was around for as long as he was!
