Sound file section - Some links not working

To whom it may concern,

I have been trying to get this sound file for quite some time now and it still does not work.

FS98 F-15 Eagle Sound Package. Several external sounds recorded it from F15J of the actual Japan Air Self Defense Force in the Chitose air base. By Ryuji Ozawa. . File size 3485213. R Ozawa

Will this file be available for  download soon?  Thank you for your help
