Help with a simulation ad?

Postby SeanTK » Sat Apr 03, 2010 4:21 pm

Hi guys,

I'm trying to assist a university "flight simulation club" in getting off the ground (no pun intended...).
I'm wondering if anyone wants to make a flashy, attention-getting poster advertising for the club?
It would be unpaid work, but your name would be credited as the creator of the ad on the bottom of the poster.

I made their PowerPoint presentation, but I'm not real strong in making effective single advertisements.

If anyone is interested in helping out, PM me or post here, and I'll get back to you with more details.

Mods, feel free to move or delete this if it is not appropriate for these forums. I am unsure on this matter.

Thanks!

Do you have any resources?  Logos etc?

The club doesn't have an official logo (yet), so it's probably mainly going to look like a general flight simulation promotional poster, with the club's name somewhere on it.

Basically, if you could make a generic poster advertising flight simulation, what would it look like?

Most things up here are standard paper size or slightly larger.
(8.5 X 11 inches I think at a minimum?)

Thanks!  :)
