Life is to short.... So You only live once, so think twice

To be able to look back upon ones life in satisfaction, is to live twice.

Puget Sound Seattle, a city on Puget Sound in the Pacific Northwest, is surrounded by water, mountains and evergreen forests, and contains thousands of acres of parkland.

Oh, my, my... :D Downtown Seattle scenery bring back so much good memory. :o :o

Image

Why Mr. Bob?... ;) Cause, the weather is great. :shifty: That's right, Mr Jose. :D When the weather is nice here there is no more beautiful place to live. :o

I've heard the weather in Seattle really grey and rainy every day?

Well, Mr. Jose :D there is some truth in that.... The main difference in Seattle and Phoenix is the weather. In Seattle, the weather is very unpredictable. Seattle has a wet and rainy reputation..

Image

It's often clouded... However, Rain it just drizzles lightly (much like mist) and rarely has downpours. A light jacket was all that you had to carry around for the mild cold and drizzle..

From what I see and hear on the daily news, and films, and documentaries....

The rain never stops in Seattle.

Its a wet and miserable place.

The top of the Sears Tower is the last place of refuge from the floods, for the locals!

...apparently...

The film; "Singin' in the Rain" was filmed in Seattle...

...maybe...

A visit to Seattle can be replicated by a cold shower....

..I reckon...

Phoenix to Flagstaff (I-40/Route 66) using the I-17 highway, stopping off at Sedona via 179 and 89A roads.

A fantastic ride on a Harley Davidson Motorcycle!

An excellent set of shots there sir well done.

Cheers
Rich

P.S. The first video has inspired me to pick up my guitar again after a very very long time, so big thanks for that. That chap plays beautifully, always loved the sound of the Shadows and the Stratocaster (Hence my user name ) and John Barry's music.

Thanks again
All I ask is the chance to prove that money can't make me happy.

I would quite happily forgo some time on my Hammond B3 drawbar Organ and Leslie 760 speaker, a multitude of Keyboards, Synthesizers and Guitars, and a spare bedroom full of a Hallé Orchestra assortment of musical instruments; all for a day in the warmth of Phoenix AZ, on a Harley Davidson Street Glide Classic.....

...instead of shivering in Cold old England!

The older I get, the colder I get... :( ...!
