One flight...4 aeroplanes

Postby Flying Trucker » Wed Nov 09, 2016 8:37 pm

Evening all...

Did a short non-direct simulated flight from Juneau to Snettisham, Alaska, USA.
Used 4 different simulated payware aeroplanes.
-Cessna 152
-Cessna 172 wheel/skis
-Cessna 172 floats
-Cessna 120

ORBX Scenery

Season is Autumn/Fall and the time is mid-morning...

Windows 10 and Microsoft FSX Deluxe

Sorry about the Menu Bar showing in Upper Left of the first two Pictures but I was increasing my Frame Rates in the Settings...still have a little more tweaking to do on that... ;)

I really enjoyed your pics. I took my solo flight in the c120 and I'm glad I did. My instructor I had at that time bet me he could back this plane across the airport in flight and he did!!!! He got it up to about 4000ft ft put the flaps all the way down kelp the wings level and applied enough throttle and raised the nose enough to barely keep it out of a stall I watched the airspeed drop down to "0" he positioned it into the wind. I looked out the window and we were really backing up!!! We were flying out of a small airport down on the Gulf Coast where there was a good head wind and it worked like a charm. I never did it on my own but for a young pilot I was truly amazed. Thanks for posting the pictures I really enjoyed them.

Hi Roy

Check your Logbook... <<q

I bet you were in a Cessna 140 as I don't think the Cessna 120 had Wing Flaps... ;)
