Wot a larf!..... ... ...!

An almost identical journey to that taken by Dennis Weaver and Carey Loftin and the Peterbilt truck, in the Steven Spielberg Film "Duel",

...and a journey which I have taken many times in my Flight Sim from LA top Palmdale via Santa Paula, Soledad Canyon, and Santa Clara!

Both aircraft and road vehicles came to a sticky end!

An excellent read.... ...!

Paul.... ...!
Win 8.1 64-bit. DX11. Advent Tower. Intel i7-3770 3.9 GHz 8-core. 8 GB System RAM. AMD Radeon HD 7700 1GB RAM. DVD ROM. 2 Terra Byte SATA Hard Drive. Philips 17" LCD Monitor. Saitek Cyborg X Fly-5 Joystick. ...and a Briggs and Stratton Petrol Lawn Mower.

Thank you VERY much for that one. :D

"What could possibly go wrong?"

"At Placerita Canyon, two men had just left their truck to have lunch when a rocket blew it up."

I'm sure that they remembered that one for the rest of their lives!

That was probably the day that they realized that "things" could always be worse.
