However, I have two concerns; 1st, I hope those are real road worthy tires, instead of the MilSpec bias ply tires!

2nd... I really hope they didn't use the Shift Selector they used on the Grand Cherokee; you know, the same one that killed actor Anton Yelchin!

I used to service and repair those things in the 1950's when stationed in the British Army REME Infantry Workshops in Duisburg, Germany.

The first unit (1959) of the CJ3B manufactured in Spain. Those Jeep were manufactured in the beginnig by Viasa a CAF (train, metro etc. manufacturer) subsidiary and later by Motor Ibérica (old Ford Motor Iberica, at present Nissan Motor Iberica). The next in the line were Nissan Patrol, Terrano and at present Qashqai.



Last units of spanish Jeeps had a Perkins Diesel engine.

I owned a '63 "High Hood" CJ-3B right after High School, and spent much time exploring the many Jeep Trails in the CO Rockies.
It was extremely maneuverable, and could climb anything with the Go Devil engine.

A couple years later, I sold the 3B for a '69 Jeepster Commando with the Dauntless 225 V6... the most unique sounding car engine around. I ended up selling my spare Dauntless for quite a pretty penny later on.

Commando also was manufactured in Spain but with Hurricane petrol and later Perkins Diesel.
High Hoods were named here "Morro alto" (high snout)
