MADEIRA X EVOLUTION ***now*** available

AEROSOFT - MADEIRA X EVOLUTION FSX P3D is now available.

That's the good news.

The bad news is that it's not available on FSPilotShop, as of tonight.

I went there from Simviation and FSPilotShop basically said HUH What Evolution

Next I went to SimMarket, and they had it ready for download.

BUT after paying for it the 1.23GB download says 2 F'N HOURS!

Actually, it loos like it'll take MUCH LONGER!


Nothing I can do now but download it until bed time. IF I'M LUCKY.

At this point I don't feel like buying anything ever again from SimMarket.


Part of the problem may be that MADEIRA X EVOLUTION was just released today. We'll see.

Just a warning note - Some people are getting strange problems with this scenery.

In some cases one person will have a problem and another person has none.

Same old FSX problems, mainly -runway elevations & holes in the ground.

In some cases, people who had the old Madeira have old files not being deleated and causing problems. After hunting them down and manually removing the offending file, things are fine.



I have a modified version of the old Madeira that isn't supposed to be compatible with Prepar3d. It works fairly well, though.

I use Revo Uninstaller, so I expect that it'll remove all the old Madeira files. I suppose that I'll have to wait until tomorrow to find out.

UPDATE

Installed Madeira X Evolution into Win 10 and had no problems.
