I e-mailed this Sim V clip to my Sister who lives in Fulham, London, and she told me she occasionally sees them around, so they must be available for for hire as (unusual) mobility scooters for invalid folk!

Quite a novel way of London sight-seeing and shopping!

I already have my flat-cap and Harley-Davidson T-shirt in readiness!
