Checkin' In

Postby CHUCK79 » Wed Jul 23, 2014 9:44 am

Hey guys O0

Haven't been here for about a week. We're in the midst of the largest wildfire in Washington state history. Over 100 homes have been lost and several towns evacuated.
And it's right in my back yard :? :shifty:

Sad news, Chuck!

I always follow the various locations in the Wildfire season.

http://news.kron4.com/

...and the LA Times...

Common in the mid and lower States due to the heat and dryness, but I was surprised to see so much fire damage in the higher northern States...(Cold and wet?).

I always follow these location in my FSX Flight Sim, together with Google Sat Maps, and ground details via Wikipedia.

(Unfortunately your "MAP" link doesn't work).

Paul...taking off from Seattle..... 8-) ...!

Just looked at the Gallery....>>> http://www.kxly.com/news/spokane-news/27093236
...disaster area!
Win 8.1 64-bit. DX11. Advent Tower. Intel i7-3770 3.9 GHz 8-core. 8 GB System RAM. AMD Radeon HD 7700 1GB RAM. DVD ROM. 2 Terra Byte SATA Hard Drive. Philips 17" LCD Monitor. Saitek Cyborg X Fly-5 Joystick. ...and a Briggs and Stratton Petrol Lawn Mower.

I'm with you there buddy. Try and keep your house wet. After our evacuation 3 years ago, there's no fuel left for a wildfire here. You're welcome to stay with us if you get evacuated.
