I've got the same problem as mentioned on a previous post where no solution is given. I installed FSX from DVDs but realized afterwards that it was installed to Program Files (x86). I don't think it gave me an option to install to the root. Anyway, I uninstalled FSX, intending to reinstall it to C:/ but now it only gives me 2 options, none of which continue the installation. It appears the registry entry of the previous installation is the problem. Can anyone help me to solve this dilemma?

I have run my fsx in x86 folder for years without any problems. If you want to make any alterations to anything you just move it to your desktop make the changes and put it back.
Using FSX Gold too.

I can't do anything with FSX, it's been uninstalled and Windows 10 won't let me reinstall it, that's whole point.
