C-47 2d Panel

Hello, I have Manfred Jahn's C-47 v3.14 installed, but I can't get a 2D panel for it. Is one included? How do I install it or get it to work? Thanks.

According to the Readme file there is no 2D panel but there are some 2D pop-ups. Check it out...
