FSX/P3D problems?

Postby JayA » Tue Jan 31, 2017 6:59 pm

I have FSX but when I download an aircraft that says P3D/FSX the aircraft has panels out of place? What am I doing wrong?

Hi and welcome.

Can you possibly post a screenshot of your issue?

Also what version of FSX do you have?

Do you use DirectX-10?. Looks as DirectX-10 compatibility problem.

I had exactly the same thing. It turned out that SP2 wasn't installed properly.

That could be it....Thanks! I'm downloading it now. A few months ago my computer crashed and bought a new one and never added SP2.
I do photography too and had thousands of pics along with a large library of downloaded aircraft on the hard drive that contributed to the crash.

Thanks again! And I discovered another fix that the service packs corrected. I had the problem of sunken landing gear for the add on Boston Logan Airport scenery, not any longer!
